Avv. Paolo Gitto
Paolo mainly deals with civil and commercial law, specifically with contractual matters.
He graduated in 2021 at University of Palermo with a thesis in civil law entitled "The Marcian Agreement between tradition and innovation."

Giovanni graduated with highest honors at the University of Palermo, where he attended the specialized course in civil and corporate law.

Having obtained his professional license, since 2024 he has been registered on the list of professionals who provide for judicial sale transactions pursuant to Article 179-ter of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure.

Avv. Luca Favaloro
Luca Favaloro is a lawyer registered with the Bar Association of Palermo, with a professional office in Isola delle Femmine, Palermo.
He graduated with honors (110 e lode) in law from the University of Palermo, gaining extensive experience in civil, criminal, and administrative law through high-level professional and educational experiences.
He completed his legal clerkship (tirocinio) under Article 73, Legislative Decree 69/2013 at the Court of Appeal of Palermo, where he had the opportunity to specialize in criminal law.
In 2024, he was admitted to the bar and was awarded the "Toga d'Oro" (Golden Gown) and the "Marco Ubertini Prize" for his excellent results on the bar exam.
He is currently pursuing a PhD in Ecological Transition at the University of Palermo, where he collaborates with the administrative law department.
He has helped organize academic events, including the conference "Poteri sostitutivi e ordinamento della sanità" (Substitute Powers and the Healthcare System) and the "International school of higher education (ISHE) Sustainable development, biodiversity and ecosystems protection between Italy and Brazil. Towards a cross-disciplinary approach."
