Counterfeiting/Infringement Action
In an infringement action, as the owner of a i.p. right, even on an urgent basis, you can have the infringement of your right verified, have it stopped, and can obtain damages and other protective measures, against anyone who manufactures or trades a good using or imitating your trademark without your consent, or against anyone who manufactures, resells, or uses a patented invention.
Claim Action
If you have the right to register a trademark or obtain a patent, and someone has anticipated you not having the right to do so, you can obtain a forced transfer of the rights arising from the registration or patent.
Invalidity Action
Even as an alternative to a claim, a registered trademark or patent obtained by one who is not entitled to it is null and void.
Invalidity also occurs in other cases provided for by law, and anyone with an interest may have it established by a judge
Criminal protection
The counterfeiting, alteration or use of trademarks or distinctive signs or patents, models and designs is also sanctioned on the criminal side: once a criminal case has been instituted, our Lawyers will bring a civil action to obtain compensation for damages.
